What It Does
More Dynamic Posing is built to get AI-generated characters out of the usual static, front-facing, dead-stare compositions.
It combines lessons from Posing Dynamics, The Look, Warrior Poses, and K-Pop Poses into a broader concept LoRA focused on:

How to Use
Use:

Start around 1.0 and experiment.

The best setting depends on your model, style, subject, and other LoRAs.
Prompting Tips
You do not need to describe every limb.
Give the character intent :

Give the camera direction :
PoseDaal, elven warrior crouched on a ruined wall, dramatic low-angle view
Or combine both:
