Viera Race Specific Equipment (aka Viera Starter Armor) from Final Fantasy XIV.

This set was suggested by Fandingo.

Retrained from the Ground up. New Dataset and new training parameters. I tried to add the Helmet to this version, it's a little hit or miss since I think I didn't include enough data for it.
