This style reminds me a lot of weird outsider art with the surrealism and unusual proportions. As the title suggests, it's full of cracks and scratches. It's a mostly monochrome style with black on a cream-colored background. The background sometimes looks like wood panels and sometimes shows grain textures.

Use "n0vuschr0ma style" to trigger the LoRA and combine it with other styles of your choice. A lot of people used the SDXL version for aged and vintage photography effects and that can work with this one as well. Just specify "photography" and turn the weight down a bit.
